Three Cheers CD Release Party Details!

I'm happy to announce that CI has just locked down the details of our gala blast to celebrate the release of our new album, THREE CHEERS FOR THE INVISIBLE HAND! If you've never been to a Canadian Invasion CD release party, you can expect door prizes, special guests, great music, and a very special performance by CI!

The party goes down at the beautiful World Cafe Live on Saturday, March 14th. This is poised to be our biggest gig of the year, so if you only make it out to one CI show this year, make it this one!

You can purchase tickets in advance from the World Cafe site by clicking HERE. Or you can get them at the door. We've tried to keep the door cost low ($10 + a $3 service charge) because we want everyone who has supported us over the years--and you new folks too-- to be able to join us for this big event.

The Big Announcement!

Here it is, ladies and germs, the moment you've all been waiting for: all the details about Canadian Invasion's new album, THREE CHEERS FOR THE INVISIBLE HAND!

The album hits stores near you on Tuesday, February 17th via Transit of Venus / Empyrean Records. The album will be nationally distributed by RedEye Distribution, meaning fine CI fans across our fair land will have the opportunity to walk into their local store and buy a piece of history. As we get closer to release day, we'll post a list of stores in your area that will carry the record and a link to buy the record on iTunes.

What will you get when you plop down your money for THREE CHEERS? Well, you'll get 11 new CI songs recorded by Philly uber-producer Brian McTear, who has worked with BC Camplight, The A-Sides, and many more. In fact, here are the eleven tunes you'll hear:
